Transactional emails (ticket confirmations, security notices) are required for service functionality and cannot be opted out of.
WhatsApp integration
#whatsapp-integrationIf you interact with EventDorm via WhatsApp, messages are processed through the WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta). We use your phone number and message content to provide the requested feature (for example, creating an event draft and sending confirmations).
Your WhatsApp messages may be stored as needed to maintain conversation state, prevent abuse, and support audits or troubleshooting.
Data sharing
